Instructions

- Add lime juice, sugar, lime zest, and salt; blend until combined. Taste and adjust sugar if needed.
- Pour mixture into a shallow dish, cover, and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
- Once frozen, scrape with a fork and serve in bowls or cones.
