A refreshing watermelon and lime sorbet perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut watermelon into cubes, removing seeds, and place in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, leaving some texture if desired.
  3. Add lime juice, sugar, lime zest, and salt; blend until combined. Taste and adjust sugar if needed.
  4. Pour mixture into a shallow dish, cover, and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
  5. Once frozen, scrape with a fork and serve in bowls or cones.
