- 1/4 cup of croutons (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing (vegetarian-friendly)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the lettuce.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the salad.
- Add croutons for crunch.
- Mix Caesar dressing, olive oil, and lemon juice; drizzle over the salad and toss gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
