- 3 slices of bread (your choice: sourdough, white, or whole-grain)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and ensure the bacon is cooked and crispy.
- Butter one side of each bread slice, place one slice butter-side down on a skillet, layer with cheeses and bacon, then top with another slice butter-side up.
- Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until golden, flip and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, slice in half, and serve warm.
