Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; cook for 5-7 minutes until tomatoes soften.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing with vegetables and reserved pasta water to achieve desired sauce consistency.
- Serve warm, garnished with basil and Parmesan cheese if desired.
