  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then cool slightly.
  3. Combine melted butter and sugar in a bowl, add eggs and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
  4. Sift dry ingredients and mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour batter into a greased 9×13 baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle marshmallows on top and toast with a kitchen torch or under the broiler.
  8. Cool for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
