Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Mix in chopped green onions.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
