Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, crushed

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in a mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and vegetable oil for 15 minutes.
  2. While the steak marinates, slice the red bell pepper and cucumber, and wash the mixed greens.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, grill the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then let it rest before slicing.
  4. Toss mixed greens, bell pepper, cucumber, sliced steak, cilantro, and peanuts in a bowl, drizzle with remaining marinade, and serve.
