- 1 pound flank steak
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanuts, crushed
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in a mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and vegetable oil for 15 minutes.
- While the steak marinates, slice the red bell pepper and cucumber, and wash the mixed greens.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, grill the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then let it rest before slicing.
- Toss mixed greens, bell pepper, cucumber, sliced steak, cilantro, and peanuts in a bowl, drizzle with remaining marinade, and serve.
