- 1 pound of mushrooms (cremini or button)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Feel free to experiment with the mushrooms; shiitake or portobello would also be fantastic options!
Instructions
- Clean and slice the mushrooms into thick pieces.
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
- Heat oil in a skillet, add mushrooms, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
