Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package mini phyllo pastry cups

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up.
  2. Add taco seasoning, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheese and ranch dressing until combined.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture into phyllo cups, packing them generously.
  5. Top with crushed tortilla chips, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the topping.
