Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, Parmesan, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in the crockpot, spreading them evenly.
  4. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then pour over meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
