- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, Parmesan, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot, spreading them evenly.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
Notes
- For best flavor, cook the meatballs on low.
- These meatballs can be served as an appetizer or over rice.
