- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- Optional: Sriracha sauce for extra heat
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare tortillas by laying them flat.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, top with lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions. Add Sriracha if desired.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and serve seam-side down.
