A delicious blend of sweet and spicy flavors, this baked cauliflower is a perfect side dish or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss cauliflower florets in the sauce until coated.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
