Ingredients

  • 1 large round bread loaf (sourdough works best)
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1 cup scallops, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow it out.
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic, then add shrimp, crab, and scallops. Cook until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked seafood with cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, lemon juice, and parsley.
  4. Stuff the filling into the hollowed-out bread loaf and replace the top.
  5. Bake on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
