- 1 large round bread loaf (sourdough works best)
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat (or imitation crab)
- 1 cup scallops, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow it out.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic, then add shrimp, crab, and scallops. Cook until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
- In a bowl, mix cooked seafood with cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Stuff the filling into the hollowed-out bread loaf and replace the top.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
