- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked and chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chips or fresh veggies for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic until smooth, then add mushrooms, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, thyme, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool, then serve warm with chips or veggies.
Notes
- Add spinach or artichokes for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
