Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chips or fresh veggies for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic until smooth, then add mushrooms, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, thyme, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Let cool, then serve warm with chips or veggies.
