A creamy and cheesy stuffed mushroom dip that’s perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz of fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté chopped mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix sautéed mushrooms with cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with dippers.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
