- 16 oz of fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté chopped mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Mix sautéed mushrooms with cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving with dippers.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
