- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Olive oil for brushing
- Flour for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and roll out pizza dough to 14 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
- Spread ricotta cheese along the edge of the dough.
- Fold the dough over the ricotta and pinch to seal.
- Spread marinara sauce over the dough, then layer with mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Brush crust with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Make sure to seal the dough tightly to prevent the cheese from leaking out.
- Feel free to customize toppings to your liking!
