A deliciously cheesy stuffed crust pepperoni pizza that’s easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and roll out pizza dough to 14 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese along the edge of the dough.
  3. Fold the dough over the ricotta and pinch to seal.
  4. Spread marinara sauce over the dough, then layer with mozzarella and pepperoni.
  5. Brush crust with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Make sure to seal the dough tightly to prevent the cheese from leaking out.
