Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries and crushed pineapple.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
