Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  3. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in chopped strawberries and crushed pineapple.
  8. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
