Instructions
- Wash, slice, and prepare the strawberries.
- Blend the sliced strawberries until smooth to make a puree.
- In a pitcher, mix the strawberry puree, lemon juice, and sugar until dissolved, then add cold water.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes, serve over ice, and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
