Instructions

  1. Wash, slice, and prepare the strawberries.
  2. Blend the sliced strawberries until smooth to make a puree.
  3. In a pitcher, mix the strawberry puree, lemon juice, and sugar until dissolved, then add cold water.
  4. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes, serve over ice, and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
