Ingredients

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • Additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar; mix in melted butter until resembling wet sand.
  2. Press the crust mixture into lined muffin tins.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix well.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon cheesecake filling into crusts and chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Slice strawberries and optionally sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Top chilled cheesecake cups with sliced strawberries and serve.

Notes
