For a fabulous Strawberry Colada Smoothie, you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, peel the banana, and prepare everything for blending.
- Blend strawberries, banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed, then blend again briefly.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy immediately.
