- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
- Spread sliced strawberries in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over the cream cheese layer and drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving, optionally topping with graham cracker crumbs.
Notes
- Frozen strawberries can be used; thaw and drain before using.
