Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
  3. Spread sliced strawberries in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
  5. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the cream cheese layer and drizzle melted butter on top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes before serving, optionally topping with graham cracker crumbs.
