Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by peeling the shrimp, mincing the garlic, and grating the ginger.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked shrimp and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve immediately.
