Sauces & Oils

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Thinly slice the beef against the grain. Chop vegetables, mince garlic, and grate the ginger.
  2. Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  3. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and a pinch of black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat the Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir quickly.
  5. Cook the Beef: Add beef to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
