- 2 ribeye steaks (or your preferred cut)
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Boil diced potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Sear steaks in a hot skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove steaks and sauté garlic in butter, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Return steaks to skillet, add remaining butter, toss, and plate with potatoes and parsley.
