Delicious Steak & Cheese Quesadillas packed with flavor and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of flank steak
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the flank steak with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the seasoned steak in a skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side and let it rest.
  3. Sauté sliced bell pepper and onion in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Assemble the quesadillas with tortilla, steak, vegetables, and cheese, then fold.
  5. Cook the folded quesadilla in a non-stick skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  6. Slice the quesadilla and serve with dips.
