- 1 pound of flank steak
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the flank steak with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the seasoned steak in a skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side and let it rest.
- Sauté sliced bell pepper and onion in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes.
- Assemble the quesadillas with tortilla, steak, vegetables, and cheese, then fold.
- Cook the folded quesadilla in a non-stick skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Slice the quesadilla and serve with dips.
