- 2 cups pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, season steak bites, and cook until browned, then remove.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet, add heavy cream, and whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
- Add pasta and steak back to the skillet, toss in the sauce, and heat through.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
