- 1 pound of sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

- For the creamy parmesan pasta:
- 8 ounces fettuccine or your pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear in heated olive oil for 3-4 minutes, adding garlic in the last minute.
- Boil salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, add heavy cream, then stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, simmering until thickened.
- Toss the drained pasta with the sauce, then mix in the steak bites until everything is coated.
