Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound of flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas work great)
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: slice steak, clean shrimp, and chop vegetables.
- Marinate the steak with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet or wok and add sesame oil.
- Sear the marinated steak for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of steak and size of shrimp.
- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
