A delicious and quick steak and shrimp stir-fry packed with flavor and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas work great)
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice steak, clean shrimp, and chop vegetables.
  2. Marinate the steak with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet or wok and add sesame oil.
  4. Sear the marinated steak for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, and ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of steak and size of shrimp.
  • Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
