Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season flank steak with salt and pepper, heat olive oil in a skillet, cook steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, then let rest and slice thinly.
  2. Sauté diced onion and bell pepper in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until tender.
