For these Spinach Artichoke Roll-Ups, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package of tortilla wraps (8-inch)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat, spread the filling, and roll it tightly.
