For these Spinach Artichoke Roll-Ups, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 package of tortilla wraps (8-inch)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spread the filling, and roll it tightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), place roll-ups seam-side down on a sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm.
