- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Wash and chop the spinach.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop and drop portions of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly.
- Fry each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
