- 1 large loaf of Italian bread
- 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup of artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, spinach, artichokes, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a long slit in the Italian bread and hollow it out to create a pocket.
- Fill the bread with the cheese mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil on top, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
- Let cool, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes to the filling.
- Serve with a side of marinara for dipping.
