Deliciously stuffed Italian bread filled with a creamy spinach and artichoke mixture, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf of Italian bread
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup of artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, spinach, artichokes, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a long slit in the Italian bread and hollow it out to create a pocket.
  4. Fill the bread with the cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • Serve with a side of marinara for dipping.
