- 2 lbs of chicken (breasts or thighs work well)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil; whisk together.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Baste chicken with reserved marinade halfway through baking.
- Let the chicken rest, slice, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.

- Adjust sweetness or heat according to your taste.
- For best results, let the chicken marinate longer.
