- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
- Hot sauce, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté red bell pepper and onion for 3-5 minutes.
- Add chicken, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble wraps with the chicken mixture, avocado, and cheese.
- Roll tortillas tightly and serve, garnished with cilantro and hot sauce if desired.
