Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare carrots by peeling and cutting them into sticks.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add carrots to the glaze and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread coated carrots in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and caramelized.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
