- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare carrots by peeling and cutting them into sticks.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add carrots to the glaze and toss until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread coated carrots in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and caramelized.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes to control spiciness.
- Best served warm but can be enjoyed at room temperature.
