Ingredients

- 2 pounds of boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons of fresh ginger, minced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add chicken thighs, coat well, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Let the chicken rest, slice, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.

- Marinate longer for enhanced flavor.
