Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs, coat well, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  5. Let the chicken rest, slice, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
