Ingredients

  • 200 grams of noodles (your choice: egg, rice, or whole wheat)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Mix chili oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
  3. In a pan, heat oil, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Add bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the pan with sauce mixture and toss until coated. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
