- 200 grams of noodles (your choice: egg, rice, or whole wheat)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of chili oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Mix chili oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
- In a pan, heat oil, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Add bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan with sauce mixture and toss until coated. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
