A flavorful and spicy dish combining steak and pasta in a buttery garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of spaghetti or your favorite pasta
  • 1 lb of steak (sirloin or ribeye work best)
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (adjust to your heat preference)
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper, cook in a skillet with butter for 4-5 minutes on each side, then let rest and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in remaining butter until fragrant.
  4. Toss cooked pasta in the garlic butter, add sliced steak and Parmesan, and mix well.
  5. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

  • Adjust red pepper flakes according to your spice preference.
  • Let the steak rest before slicing for better juiciness.
