Instructions
- Boil eggs in a covered saucepan for 10-12 minutes, then cool in an ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
- Peel the eggs under running water.
- Mix yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chives and red chili flakes, then serve.
