- 1 pound of spaghetti
- 4 large cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 large bread bowls (sourdough works great)
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Drain spaghetti, return to pot, and mix with garlic butter, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Hollow out the bread bowls, leaving some bread at the bottom.
- Fill each bread bowl with spaghetti and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool briefly before serving and enjoy!

- Use sourdough bread for the best flavor and texture.
- Feel free to add more herbs or spices to taste.
