Delicious spaghetti garlic bread bowls filled with cheesy spaghetti and topped with crispy bread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of spaghetti
  • 4 large cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 4 large bread bowls (sourdough works great)
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Drain spaghetti, return to pot, and mix with garlic butter, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. Hollow out the bread bowls, leaving some bread at the bottom.
  5. Fill each bread bowl with spaghetti and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let cool briefly before serving and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use sourdough bread for the best flavor and texture.
