  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent, then add and brown the ground beef.
  3. Stir in sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and stir to coat.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
