Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent, then add and brown the ground beef.
- Stir in sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and stir to coat.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
