  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup smoky BBQ sauce
  • 4 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spoon BBQ chicken mixture onto flatbreads and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
