- 6–8 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 225°F and mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and spices.
- Fill jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
- Place filled jalapeños on each chicken breast and roll tightly.
- Wrap each chicken bomb with crescent roll dough.
- Smoke the chicken bombs for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest, slice, and serve with dipping sauce.

- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
