  • 68 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat smoker to 225°F and mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and spices.
  2. Fill jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
  3. Place filled jalapeños on each chicken breast and roll tightly.
  4. Wrap each chicken bomb with crescent roll dough.
  5. Smoke the chicken bombs for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Let rest, slice, and serve with dipping sauce.
