Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of beef steak, diced
  • 4 cups of potatoes, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dice the steak and slice the potatoes thinly.
  2. Layer half of the potatoes, onions, garlic, and steak in the slow cooker, then repeat.
  3. Pour beef broth over layers, drizzle Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Add sour cream on top.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  5. During the last 30 minutes, add shredded cheddar on top to melt.
  6. Stir gently before serving, garnished with parsley.

  • Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
  • For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
