- 2 pounds of beef steak, diced
- 4 cups of potatoes, sliced thinly
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Dice the steak and slice the potatoes thinly.
- Layer half of the potatoes, onions, garlic, and steak in the slow cooker, then repeat.
- Pour beef broth over layers, drizzle Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Add sour cream on top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- During the last 30 minutes, add shredded cheddar on top to melt.
- Stir gently before serving, garnished with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
