- 2 pounds of chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of cold water
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds (optional)
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken and cover with lid.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Optional: Thicken sauce with cornstarch and water 30 minutes before serving.
- Shred chicken and serve over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
