Before we get started, let’s gather our ingredients. You probably have most of these in your kitchen already!
- 2 pounds pork ribs
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the ribs.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Mix honey, BBQ sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
- Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Carefully remove the ribs and serve with extra BBQ sauce.

- For even more flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
