These Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites are tender, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef chuck roast into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Optionally, sear the beef in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Add the beef, garlic, butter, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme to the slow cooker and stir to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until fork-tender.
  5. Stir the beef, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For best flavor, searing the beef is recommended but not necessary.
