- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the beef stew meat with salt and pepper.
- Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in a skillet until fragrant (3-5 minutes).
- Transfer sautéed mixture to slow cooker, add beef, and pour in beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the beef is tender, stir in heavy cream and pasta; cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.

- Can substitute beef stew meat with other cuts of beef.
- Adjust the pasta type based on preference.
