Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the beef stew meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in a skillet until fragrant (3-5 minutes).
  3. Transfer sautéed mixture to slow cooker, add beef, and pour in beef broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once the beef is tender, stir in heavy cream and pasta; cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
