- 3–4 pounds of pork roast
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Mix balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- If desired, sear the pork roast in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the pork roast in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- After cooking, shred the pork and mix it back into the sauce before serving.
