- 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for at least 10 minutes.
- Slice onions and bell peppers, and mince garlic and ginger.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sear marinated steak for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add onions, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the steak longer than 10 minutes.
- Ensure vegetables are cut uniformly for even cooking.
