Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain

  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Slice onions and bell peppers, and mince garlic and ginger.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear marinated steak for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Add onions, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
